Assuming there were no injuries, we are rejoicing in the fact that the Crucible is over for Will! This Eagle, Globe, and Anchor emblem will have been placed in his hand right afterward and I'm sure there were plenty of emotions bubbling to the surface. It won't be long now until we can hear the stories and be able to tell him that we prayed him through it...all of us!After coming back down the mountain, it's off to the Warrior's Meal -- all you can eat. David and I were laughing at some of the stories we read online of just how much "all you can eat" can mean! I hope they serve Alka Seltzer, too ; )
Thank you again for praying. We are now on countdown for Aaron to make this trek...only 3 more weeks until he, too, is holding this emblem in HIS hand and being addressed as "Marine". Then, our joy will be complete!
